Goodman Group last week reporting strong operational results, with strong contributions from all segments.
Operating profit rose 25 percent YoY, while their debt profile remained well managed with 78 percent debt remaining fixed or hedged for one year and on average 72 percent over three years.
Management guided towards FY23 operating EPS growth of 11 percent YoY and distribution of 30cps, unchanged on pcp.
Since this report, Goodman has drifted back to key technical levels.
Our view is that this report is more due to the market’s view on the macroeconomic environment and general selling in REITs.
Technically, GMG is now showing a bullish entry signal, and the stock fits the guidelines for a buy-write strategy.
