ASX Fixed Interest Trading with Professional Traders

Generate relatively high yield through ASX-listed fixed interest investment and Placement opportunities.

We specialise in ASX fixed interest trading that can help investors maximise yield with the ability to profit from trading opportunities — typically targeting short-term investment periods.

If the conditions don’t line up to take a quick profit, we’ll instead recommend holding in the medium term and benefiting from the relatively high yield these investments offer.

These opportunities are generally only offered to professional and wholesale investors, they allow participants to benefit from strong, reliable returns while maintaining exposure to defensive, income-producing assets listed and can be traded through the ASX, similar to other securities.

What are the Benefits of Trading the Fixed Interest Market?

Trading fixed income securities on the ASX gives you the transparency, liquidity, and control that traditional term deposits can’t offer.

Key benefits include:

  • 📈 Attractive yields (6%–8.9%) from quality issuers.
  • 🗝️ Access to hotly bid for fixed interest dealflow via our institutional connections
  • 💰 Regular income through short-term fixed interest trades when the timing is right.
  • 🔒 Lower price volatility and capital stability.
  • 🔁 Flexibility to trade, hold, or reallocate capital as opportunities pop up.

Target Consistent Income with Minimal Downside Price Risk

Our focus is on identifying low-risk, high-yield fixed interest opportunities that combine income generation with potential capital upside.

We carefully select investments that:

  • Offer attractive yields from high-quality issuers that beat bank deposit yields.
  • Have minimal downside price risk, protecting your investment from unnecessary volatility.
  • Provide potential for capital return when the security lists or re-prices on the market –  getting the right price for this is where we specialise.

Key Risks of Trading Fixed Income Securities

While trading fixed income securities on the ASX offers attractive yields and flexibility, it’s important to understand the risks involved. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Interest Rate Risk If interest rates rise, the market value of fixed income securities may fall. This is especially relevant for longer-dated instruments.
  • Liquidity Risk While ASX-listed securities are generally more liquid than over-the-counter bonds, some issues may still have limited trading volume, making it harder to exit positions quickly or at favorable prices.
  • Credit Risk Even “quality issuers” carry some risk of default or credit downgrade, which can impact both income and capital value.
  • Market Risk Broader market volatility can affect pricing, especially during economic uncertainty or geopolitical events.
  • Timing Risk Short-term trades require precise timing. Misjudging entry or exit points can reduce returns or lead to losses.
  • Income Variability Unlike term deposits with fixed returns, income from trading depends on market conditions and deal availability — it may not be consistent.
  • Capital Risk Although price volatility is lower than equities, capital is still at risk. Selling before maturity or during market stress may result in losses.
